Real Fire Suppression was founded with a single conviction — that fire protection in Africa deserved better than off-the-shelf systems applied without thought to the environments they were meant to protect. What began as a specialist fire suppression business in South Africa has grown into a continental operation active across 23 African countries, with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg and a client list that includes some of the most recognised brands on the continent.

Today Real Fire Suppression is proudly women-owned and women-operated — a business built on technical expertise, regulatory rigour, and a genuine commitment to protecting people, property, and assets across every sector and environment we serve.

We do not supply and disappear. Our service model covers the full lifecycle of every installation, from design through to ongoing maintenance and certification.

Transformation
As a women-owned, Level 2 BBBEE contributor with 125% procurement recognition, transformation is not a compliance exercise for us. It is built into how we operate.

SAQCC Fire Registered 
All installations are completed by SAQCC Fire registered technicians, meeting South Africa's required fire industry standards for both detection and suppression systems.

PSIRA Act Compliant
Real Fire Suppression operates in compliance with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority Act for fire detection systems. NQF qualified technicians 

SANS 1850 Compliant 
Our kitchen canopy fire suppression systems are designed and installed to SANS 1850, the South African standard governing this category of system.

EN 17446 Certified 
Our suppression systems carry EN 17446 certification, the internationally recognised standard for kitchen fire suppression systems, accepted by insurers and building authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
